Terroir Bakery is the passion project of award-winning Chef Daniel Angus. During his time as Executive Sous Chef at the Michelin recommended Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa, Daniel developed a concept of OBSESSIVELY local bread and pastry. Connecting with local farmers and food producers in the area showcasing biodynamic, organic and sustainable foods.
Seeing the demand for this around the region Daniel began supplying local cafes and restaurants with Sourdough products owners could bake in house and improve their customer experiences. In addition, Daniel set up shop in the back of a local donut production facility in Cambridge.
Pushing forward towards the next chapter, Terroir bakery currently services seasonal markets, local pickup and delivery service via UberEats on Saturdays.
