Terroir Bakery is the passion project of award-winning Chef Daniel Angus. During his time as Executive Sous Chef at the Michelin recommended Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa, Daniel developed a concept of OBSESSIVELY local bread and pastry. Connecting with local farmers and food producers in the area showcasing biodynamic, organic and sustainable foods.
Currently, Terroir Bakery is servicing wholesale clients , hosting local pop ups and attending markets. The first Brick & Mortar location is set to launch May 2025.
