European style butter & yeasted pastry made with Eby Manor milk, locally grown wheat & Canadian sea salt. We cold ferment our croissants for over 24 hours to enhance the natural flavors with balanced complexity.

Ingredients : Wheat flour , butter, whole milk , water , sugar , salt , yeast , sourdough

The croissant was good. The bread was burnt on on the bottom. I was not impressed.

You simply won't find a better croissant without a flight across the Atlantic. Daniel has carefully sourced the best ingredients and makes these with all the care of a master chef. If you were to have a formal dinner and only serve one of these per guest, they would be completely satisfied!

Are these Croissants from Europe? Heck No!!

These are by far the BEST Croissants I've had ( and I have had my fair share;)
