THE BENCHMARK.

a constantly evolving blend of local grains , Canadian salt , and water. Featured in this loaf is a base of bread flour grown by local Mennonite farms around Howick, Ontario. In addition, whole grains from Ironwood Organics (Gananoque, ON) & Stone milled Rye from 1847 Stone Milling (Fergus, ON)

This bread is mixed and ferments very slowly for 36-48 hours yielding a supreme flavor , texture and digestibility.  

Ingredients: a Blend of freshly milled Ontario Wheat Flours,Rye, Canadian Sea Salt, Water, Wild Yeast Culture

The best

Absolutely the best sourdough bread I've had in my life and I've tried many. Got 4 this time and my kids couldn't eat it fast enough.
The treats are to die for. They melt in your mouth. I love them all and can't pick which one is the best. They all are. The service absolutely legendary. Thank you.
