No vanilla found here! We focus on locally sourced flavors. We season our pastry cream with honey and maple as well as harness the flavor of QUALITY organic dairy. It’s delicious!

Omgoodness this croissant was so delicious and decadent. I love that it was all flavour and not too sweet. The layers were flacky and the outside was just right crispy. So, so good!!
Crème Brûlée Croissant
I learned about this fabulous bakery and was intrigued when I saw Crème Brûlée Croissants on the order form. Two of my favourite treats. Together they are amazing, the croissant buttery and flakey, the crème brûlée smooth and dreamy. A definite 5+ stars!!
It’s hard to pick a favourite feature pastry but these are near the top for me. The cream inside is delicious and the caramelized sugar on top is such a nice touch.
I will be eagerly waiting for their return!
